This privacy notice is required because the RailEyes contact form collects Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including full name, surname or name fields, business email address, organisation, country or region, enquiry context, and message content when a visitor contacts RailEyes.

Purpose and necessity

This collection is strictly necessary to provide the requested service: responding to business enquiries, scheduling demonstrations, supporting pilot or product evaluation conversations, and providing requested technical infrastructure analysis about RailEyes products and railway inspection workflows. Visitors should avoid sending confidential operational data through the public form.

Contact form handling

Form submissions may be processed by essential service providers, including Netlify for form handling and Resend for communication delivery. Resend is used to securely transmit and deliver notification emails connected with enquiries. These providers are used only to receive, route, transmit, deliver, and respond to enquiries. RailEyes and DriveAI Ltd do not sell, lease, or rent PII to third parties.

Analytics and cookies

RailEyes uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first and cookieless analytics tool, for anonymous traffic metrics. We do not track individual users. We only see aggregated, anonymous traffic data that helps us understand website performance and usage. The public website does not require login, ecommerce, or session cookies.
